Aurora Bienes Raices (Real Estate) was founded in 1999, in Managua, Nicaragua, by Aurora Gurdian and Maria Teresa Robleto. Aurora and Maria Teresa each have over 30 years of real estate brokering experience in both Nicaragua and the United States. Aurora Bienes Raices began as a small real estate brokerage servicing only Managua. In the last 9 years Aurora Bienes Raices has expanded business operations and is now servicing the entire pacific coast of Nicaragua. Aurora Bienes Raices is an active member of the Nicaraguan Association of Realtors, an affiliated branch of the National Association of Realtors in the United States.
urora Beachfront Realty in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua
Aurora Beachfront Realty Nicaragua was founded by Julio Cesar Lacayo, Aram Terry and Zach Lunin in San Juan del Sur on the southern Pacific coast of Nicaragua in 2005. The company was formed to meet the growing demand for coastal real estate in Nicaragua and give the full range of services demanded by foreign and local investors. Aurora is a Nicaraguan company with extensive knowledge and experience conducting business in Nicaragua.
Always with an eye towards the future, in 2007 Aurora expanded its services to include Vacation Rentals Nicaragua. This branch of the company rents and manages vacation rental property in the San Juan del Sur area of southern Nicaragua. There is a growing demand for high-end vacation homes in Nicaragua and Aurora grew to meet this need.
Later in the same year Aurora Leon, Beachfront and Colonial Realty opened it’s doors. This branch covers the Pacific coast of Nicaragua from the Honduran border to the beaches west of Managua.
As more and more investors come to Nicaragua it was important to the Aurora team to have experts on beach property along the entire coast of Nicaragua.

Justin Fahey came to Aurora from the Boston area where he was working in the technology arena generating new business for Forrester Research. Prior to moving to San Juan del Sur with his wife Sarah, Justin graduated from Tulane University with a degree in Marketing and received his MBA from the Hult International Business School in Cambridge, MA. Due to a few years living in Barcelona, Spain, Justin is fluent in Spanish and is happy to help you navigate the Nicaraguan real estate market.

Graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park with a degree in Spanish and International Business, Jesse Pedro Resau came to Nicaragua in 2002 as a Peace Corps Volunteer under the 'Sustainable Food Security' program. He spent half of his service in rural Matagalpa, in a small town called Los Llanos de Tamalapa, and the other half in Ciudad Darío, birthplace of famous poet Rubén Darío. During his service he worked with local community leaders teaching improved farming and organic farming techniques as well as soil & water conservation practices. With cooperation from the local school he taught local families about the environment, tree nursery practices, community banks, medicinal plants, small business practices and English. Since completing his Peace Corps service he decided to stay in Nicaragua and work in coffee farming, real estate & development - joining the Aurora Beachfront team in 2006.
