The lot measures well over a half an acre and there is plenty of room for expansion if more bedrooms are desired. The rooms are built around a plunge pool and all have gorgeous views of Majagual.

The home is fully furnished with Simplemente Madera furniture and has everything that a vacation home needs. It is a 15 minute walk or a very short drive down with the development to Playones beach where there is a small restaurant to buy cold drinks and sandwiches. Surfing at Maderas is only 10 minutes walk south.
