The designs reach across the pacific and draw on oriental elements in dividing and uniting spaces and elements with timber grilles, translucent panels and calming rhythms. Phase One is set for completion this month with five two-bedroom, ocean view houses which each sit on 1300 mts2 of titled land surrounded by acres of forested reserve. Green Roof Houses - Now Available

The Green Roof houses, which will begin construction in August of 2007, will definitely take green development to a new level. These 4 bedroom houses are completely off-grid, with rain water and grey water recycling. One of the most unique features will be the gardened green roofs which lessen the houses visual impact on the surrounding area.

Each Green Roof house will have its own swimming pool, wireless internet, with large open living, dining and kitchen areas. They will be constructed of local hardwoods with bamboo ceilings, stone countertops and built-in hardwood furniture from Simplemente Madera. The open kitchen and dining area is connected to the living room creating one huge open space. This spills onto the covered patio and pool area always focusing on the view of the Pacific Ocean.

These single family homes have over 3500 square feet of construction, stunning ocean views, a shared lap pool, 1000 to 3000 square meters of land, and are only a short stroll to the beach.

New Ocean View Lots

In June 2007 we will be offering a new phase of ocean view lots approximately 350 meters from the beach. These building sites are perched up on a ridge with great views of the sunset and pacific ocean.

Purchasers of these parcels can participate with Architect Matthew Falkiner to design and build their own custom home. Prices will start at $90,000 for a large half acre lot.
